When The Green Bean first popped up in Sparky's place last semester, its ambience and the varied menu excited me. The Green Bean, with its bright, pastel green walls and its unique graffiti artwork, is immediately charming. And while the restaurant's food is superb, I was disappointed by the ho-hum nature of the dining experience itself.
